Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for Summer Celebration!  The Streamwood Summer Celebration Committee needs your help. If you would be interested in participating as a volunteer in this year's event on July 24, 25 and 26, please let us know! We have a variety of opportunities for you to get involved.

Simply click below for our volunteer form. You can help with a game, sell some tickets, or serve beer. Volunteer slots fill up quickly, so please let us know how you would like to participate. Join your friends, family and neighbors for the most fun all summer!

Non-Profit Organizations 

We need your help! Your organization can earn money as you support this community event. You will be seen by thousands of area residents, giving your organization great exposure. It’s simple – sign up to run a game for a day, or the entire weekend – the more shifts you cover, the more your organization could earn!

We’re offering a ticket sales revenue split! Here’s how it works:

  • To ensure all organizations are treated fairly, and the event can cover the costs (tent rental, prizes, etc.), members working from your organization collect game tickets as participants play; at the end of the weekend, all tickets will be counted
    • The first $1,000 worth of tickets collected will be split 50/50 between Summer Celebration and your organization
    • Proceeds above $1,000 will be divided 70/30 split between your organization (70%) and Summer Celebration (30%)
  • There will be a mandatory Volunteer Training on Thursday, July 23 (7:00 pm), at Hoosier Grove Park, to gather required information and communicate back to your organization/volunteers

Games sponsored by an organization will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so inquire and commit early! Don’t forget – your organization may also want to be part of the Summer Celebration Parade on Saturday, July 25, at 10:30 am.
