Summer Celebration will be held July 24-26, 2026, at Hoosier Grove Park (700 W Irving Park Road, Streamwood). Visit our directions page to find how to get there. Festival hours: Friday: 5-11 pm; Saturday: Noon-11 pm; Sunday: Noon-8 pm.

Entrance to Summer Celebration is always free. Food and drinks are cash or tickets; rides and attraction tickets are sold near our carnival. A Children's Craft Tent offers free activities.

Parking at the festival is restricted to handicapped and permit only. Convenient shuttle bus service is offered for free at Village Hall, Park Place or Hanover-Countryside School. You can also ride your bike to the festival! We have plenty of bike parking at Hoosier Grove, but please note that bikes must be walked throughout the park once you enter the festival grounds. We offer great entertainment on our Main Stage throughout the festival. We have a variety of contests, children's entertainment, and other activities as well.

Our Food Tent offers a variety of options! It's the big tent by the Main Stage. Food is sold directly by vendors (cash/credit accepted).

Beer and alcoholic beverages are available in the Food Tent. Tickets are required; must be at least 21 years old.  Cash or credit cards are accepted.  Water, pop, and other beverages are available for purchase from our food vendors.

Carnival rides require tickets (sold by the carnival rides). Individual tickets and sheets are available for purchase. On Saturday and Sunday (12-4 pm) unlimited rides are offered with the purchase of a wristband ($27). The carnival does not accept credit cards, but an ATM is available. Children's games and crafts are also available. Tickets for the carnival rides are also used for most games (Saturday and Sunday wristbands may not be used for games).

Besides our great line-up of free live entertainment at the Main Stage, we offer a variety of contests, children’s entertainment, and other activities. Bingo is offered by the Knights of Columbus each day. We also have Business and Sponsor tents throughout the grounds.

Saturday we have a parade - stepping off from Bartlett Road and Streamwood Blvd. - at 10:30 am.

Summer Celebration is also supported by a great raffle. Over 30 prizes including a sweet $1,000 prize. On Saturday, we will also offer a 50-50 raffle. All raffle chances are 3 tickets/$5 or 6 tickets/$10. Cash/credit accepted.

All proceeds fund the festival.

  • Seating: There is seating available under the food tent, near the children’s entertainment stage, and throughout the festival grounds. However, guests may bring folding chairs and blankets for use on the grass by the Main Stage.
  • Cash/Credit Cards: The carnival only accepts cash, however, there is an ATM near the carnival. Credit/debit cards and Apple Pay may be used in other areas.
  • Pets: Service animals are permitted but all other pets must be left at home.
  • Food/Drinks: Food tent has plenty of options for guests to enjoy. No coolers are permitted. Outside alcohol is not permitted. 
  • Bicycles/Skateboards/Scooters: There is bicycle parking at Hoosier Grove. Guests with bikes, scooters, or skateboards on festival grounds will be asked to walk them.
  • Prohibited Items/Actions: Ski masks or facial coverings for non-medical or non-religious purposes, weapons of any kind; display of any gang signs, flammable items or liquids, including aerosols and fireworks. Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of the police.

Lost and found is available at the information tent at Hoosier Grove. You can also call the Streamwood Police Department at 630-736-3700 to inquire about any misplaced items.

The Hoosier Grove Barn will serve as a cooling center from noon-7:00 pm daily.

There are regular bathrooms by the children's stage and portable toilets located conveniently throughout the grounds. Handicapped bathrooms and changing stations are also available.
